Freshly made Mozzarella balls that come in Brine solution. They are rich and creamy and ideal for Salads & Neapolitan style pizzas.

  • Block Mozzarella/ Shredded Mozzarella:

Sold in blocks or shredded form, this cheese is a low moisture cheese. It is firm, salty and super stretchy when melted hence perfect for Pizzas.

  • Bocconcini:

Bocconcini mozzarella is one to two ounce ball of cheese about the size of a campari tomato or can be described as bite-size fresh mozzarella balls.

  • String cheese:

String cheese is always made by Mozzarella because it is the only cheese with stringing quality. It can be pulled apart and is loved by all, especially kids. The Artisan Cheese Factory's string cheese comes in brine solution.
